摘　　要：提质量、降成本、增效益是企业发展的动力。作为汽车零部件制造企业,机械加工中的刀具、备件、辅料等消耗成本,在零部件的单件费用中占比较大,而工艺技术降成本是目前各大企业降成本最有效、最直接的一种方式。本文通过设计一种新型镗刀刀夹,将废旧车削用刀片进行二次利用,有效降低了企业的刀具消耗成本,实现了降成本的目的。Improving quality,reducing cost and increasing efficiency are the driving forces of enterprise development.As an auto parts manufacturing enterprise,the consumption cost of tools,spare parts,auxiliary materials in machining is relatively large in the single cost of spare parts.The process technology to reduce the cost is the most effective and direct way to reduce the cost of major enterprises,this paper through the design of a new type of boring tool clip,the waste turning blade for secondary use,effectively reduce the cost of the enterprise tool consumption,to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost.
