摘  要:随着全球对环境的保护及能源可持续性使用的重视,新能源汽车行业蓬勃发展,因此高职院校陆续开展了相关专业及其建设。本论文围绕新能源汽车整体发展背景、新能源汽车专业发展机遇挑战、专业师资队伍建设、虚拟仿真实训、产教融合、校企合作以及工学结合实训基地研究策略进行了探究,提出了关注行业需求与人才培养的对接、加强实践教学、师资队伍建设与企业合作等方面的建议,旨在为新能源汽车技术专业的建设发展提供指导与借鉴。With the global emphasis on environmental protection and sustainable energy use,the new energy vehicle industry is thriving,and therefore vocational colleges have successively carried out relevant majors and their construction.This paper explores the overall development background of new energy vehicles,opportunities and challenges for the development of the new energy vehicle profession,the construction of professional teaching staff,virtual simulation training,integration of industry and education,school enterprise cooperation,and research strategies for engineering learning integration training bases.Suggestions have been put forward to focus on the integration of industry needs and talent cultivation,strengthen practical teaching,build a teaching team,and cooperate with enterprises,aiming to provide guidance and reference for the construction and development of the new energy vehicle technology major.
