摘　　要：绿色砂石建材项目是一类高风险与高收益并存的投资项目,投资财务分析在投资决策实践中存在广泛的应用。本文以某绿色砂石建材投资项目为例,进行该项目的投资财务分析,对绿色砂石建材项目投资财务分析的要点和财务模型的构建进行分析和总结,并在目前全面推进竞争性出让的背景下,提出以“售价-竞价-IRR”矩阵为核心的矿业权竞价分析。Investing in aggregate mining project is accompanied with high risk and significant profit,madefinancial analysis and modeling an indispensable part in investment decision making process.Potential risk,sensitivity factor as well as reasonable return can be clearly revealed to investor through scientific and prospectivefinancial analysis and modeling process.Based on a real-word case,this article concludes key points offinancial analysis and procedure offinancial modeling for aggregate mining project investment,and advance using“sale price,bid price and IRR”,matrix analysis for mining right biding.
