摘 要:癫痫是一种常见的慢性神经系统疾病,世界范围内数千万患者深受癫痫影响,其中儿童癫痫的发病率大概在0.41‰~1.87‰之间。近年来,国内外有大量学者开始高度关注高频振荡(high frequency oscillations,HFOs)这一新兴的癫痫发作生物标志物,其具有无创、无辐射及快捷等多方面的优势。该文围绕头皮脑电HFOs的研究发现及进展、在儿童癫痫中的临床应用、局限性等方面进行简要综述,强调了其在定位致痫灶、反映癫痫严重程度及治疗效果、检测癫痫易感性及预测癫痫发作等方面具有重要的临床应用价值。Epilepsy is a prevalent chronic neurological disorder that affects millions of individuals worldwide,with pediatric epilepsy incidence ranging from approximately 0.41‰to 1.87‰.In recent years,there has been growing interest in high frequency oscillations(HFOs)as a novel biomarker for epileptic seizures due to their non-invasiveness,non-radiation,and promptness.This article provides a concise review of the research findings and advancements in HFOs of scalp electrocorticography,as well as their clinical applications and limitations in pediatric epilepsy.The article emphasizes the significant clinical utility of HFOs in localizing the epileptogenic zone,assessing the severity of epilepsy,evaluating treatment efficacy,detecting susceptibility to epilepsy,and predicting epileptic seizures.
