摘　　要：目的:建立薄荷糖中薄荷脑含量的测定方法。方法:样品经乙酸乙酯提取,以DB-WAX毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25µm)分离,用气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果:薄荷脑在1.1680~584.0000µg·mL^(-1)线性关系良好,R^(2)=0.9999;回收率在98.3%~104.1%,RSD为1.79%(n=12)。结论:该方法简单、快速准确、重复性好,可用于薄荷糖中薄荷脑含量的测定。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of menthol content in mint.Method:The samples were extracted with ethyl acetate,separated on a DB-WAX capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25µm)and detected by gas chromatography-hydrogenflame ionization detector.Result:The linearity of menthol was good in the-1 concentration range of 1.1680~584.0000µg·mL^(-1) with R^(2)=0.9999;the recoveries were 98.3%~104.1%with an RSD of 1.79%(n=12).Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the determination of menthol content in mint.
