摘  要:采用化学复合镀技术在45钢表面制备了Ni-P-TiO_(2)复合镀层,研究了复合镀层的微观形貌、相组成及镀层的热处理性能。结果表明:复合镀层由细小的胞状物构成,Ni、P及TiO_(2)粒子在镀层内分布均匀,镀层底层结构致密,未见孔洞等缺陷,表层胞状物分布不连续。复合镀层的显微硬度高于Ni-P镀层的,经热处理后复合镀层的硬度进一步提高,复合镀层在600℃以下有较好的抗氧化性。Ni-P-TiO_(2) composite coating was prepared on the surface of 45 steel by electroless composite plating technology.The microstructure,phase composition and heat treatment properties of the composite coating were studied.The results show that the composite coating is composed of fine cellular substance.Ni,P and TiO_(2) particles are evenly distributed in the coating.The structure of the bottom layer of the coating is compact,and there are no holes and other defects.The distribution of cellular substance on the surface layer is discontinuous.The microhardness of the composite coating is higher than that of Ni-P coating.The hardness of the composite coating is further improved after heat treatment.The composite coating has better oxidation resistance below 600℃.
