摘　　要：目的:利用社会网络分析(SNA)方法,分析药物治疗管理服务(MTMs)培训团队中知识共享网络特征,发现存在的问题,并提出改进策略。方法:采用问卷调查法收集信息,通过UCINET 6.560、Netdraw进行数据处理,分析知识共享网络指标并绘制知识共享图,探讨网络指标与学员成绩的相关性。结果:网络规模为126,网络密度为0.0202,处于较低水平。核心人物、关键节点均未充分发挥作用,团队成员互动不足,知识流动不平衡。结论:培训团队网络指标有待提升,建议发挥核心节点成员在培训知识共享中的作用,以期拓宽知识共享渠道,提升培训效果。Objective:Using social network analysis methods,we analyzed the characteristics of knowledge sharing networks in medication therapy management service training teams,identified problems,and proposed improvement strategies.Methods:A questionnaire method was used to collect information,and the data were processed by the UCINET 6.560 and Netdraw to analyze knowledge sharing network indicators and draw knowledge sharing diagrams to explore the correlation between network indicators and participants’performance.Results:The network size was 126 and the network density was 0.0202,which was at a low level.Core figures and key nodes were not fully functional,team members did not interact enough,and knowledge flow was unbalanced.Conclusion:The training team network indicators need to be improved,and it is suggested that the role of core node members in training knowledge sharing should be brought into full play,so as to widen the knowledge sharing channel and improve the training effects.
