摘 要:我国桑树资源丰富,生态适应性强。养蚕生产中富余的桑叶及低价值的桑枝和桑果渣等资源含有丰富的蛋白质和多种生物活性物质,既能为动物生长提供充足的营养,也有助于为动物疾病预防提供安全屏障,是一种理想的非粮饲料资源。在全球粮食饲料价格飙升的形势下,对桑树资源进行饲料化应用可以缓解人畜争粮的矛盾。本文围绕桑叶、桑枝、桑果渣在饲料化应用方面的关键技术和产业化应用进行了综述,并展望了未来发展趋势,为开发优质桑树资源饲料提供参考。China is rich in mulberry resources with strong ecological adaptability.The surplus mulberry leaves,low value mulberry branches,mulberry dregs and other resources in silkworm rearing production are rich in protein and a variety of bioactive substances.These things can not only provide sufficient nutrition for animal growth,but also help to provide a safety barrier for animal disease prevention.It is an ideal non grain feed resource.Under the situation of soaring global food and feed prices,the feed application of mulberry resources can alleviate the contradiction between people and livestock for food.Therefore,this paper summarized the key technologies and industrial applications of mulberry leaves,branches and mulberry dregs in feed application,and looked forward to the future trends.It provided reference for the development of high-quality mulberry resource feed.
