摘　　要：近年来,中国高等教育体系在创新驱动发展的大背景下,积极响应国家创新型国家建设的呼唤,努力培养具备创新创业精神和实践能力的人才。高职院校创业孵化园作为服务型创新创业平台,力求为学生提供良好环境,提高创业成功率。文章通过分析盐城地区高职院校创业孵化园的运营现状和问题,就如何进一步提高盐城地区高职院校高质量创业人才培养水平的目标,提出了提升创业孵化园运营成效的对策建议。In recent years,in the context of innovation-driven development,China's higher educational institutions have actively responded to the call of building an innovation-oriented country by vigorously cultivating talents with both innovation and entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on abilities.As a service-oriented innovation and entrepreneurship platform,entrepreneurship incubation gardens of vocational colleges seek to provide students with a favorable environment and improve the success rate of entrepreneurship.Accordingly,the article discusses the current status and issues of entrepreneurship incubation gardens in vocational colleges in Yancheng area,and proposes suggestions on how to achieving the goal of cultivating high-quality entrepreneurial talents.
