摘　　要：为了探讨基于虚拟现实(VR)和箱式模拟器的腹腔镜模拟课程在外科住院医师腔镜技能培训中的作用,文章选取近年来在烟台毓璜顶医院外科规范化培训基地轮转的59名腹腔镜零基础的外科住院医师为研究对象,随机分为两组,交叉接受箱式模拟器和VR腹腔镜模拟培训课程各4周。结果显示,参加箱式模拟器培训课程的两组住院医师技能操作成绩较培训初期明显提升,且用时缩短。参加VR腹腔镜模拟培训课程的两组住院医师各单项技能成绩均较培训前有大幅提升。研究表明:基于VR和箱式模拟器的腹腔镜模拟培训均能提升外科住院医师的腔镜基本技能,两者结合的培养方式能增加培养过程的趣味性和多样性。In order to explore the role of laparoscopic simulation courses based on VR and box simulators in the training of laparoscopic skills for surgical residents,this article selected 59 rotating surgical residents with zero basics in laparoscopy at the standardized training base of Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital in recent years as the research subjects and randomly divided them into two groups,which were cross-accepted box simulators and VR laparoscopic simulation training courses for 4 weeks each.The results showed that the skill operation scores of residents in both groups involved in the box simulator training course were significantly enhanced compared to the initial training period,and the time spent was shortened.Both groups of residents involved in the VR laparoscopic simulation training course showed significant improvement in their individual skill performance compared to the pre-training period.To this end,a conclusion can be drawn that both VR and box simulators-based laparoscopic simulation training can enhance the basic skills of surgical residents in laparoscopic surgery Furthermore,the combination of the two can add the fun and variety of the training process.
