摘　　要：随着人力资源管理领域的自动化、智能化需求不断增长,基于ChatGLM2-6B微调的智能简历解析系统应运而生。该系统采用ChatGLM2-6B模型,并通过LoRA微调技术实现简历的精准解析及候选人适配度的评估,同时采用量化技术,能够在不同的设备和平台上高效运行。其中,系统的开发使用了Django框架,数据库选用了SQlite,整个开发过程均采用Python语言。这一组合确保了系统的灵活性、可扩展性和可维护性。无论是企业级应用还是个人应用,该系统都能提供快速、准确的简历解析服务,有助于应对企业招聘的挑战并满足个人用户需求,可为人力资源行业提供有力支持。With the increasing demand for automation and intelligence in the field of human resource management,an intelligent resume parsing system based on ChatGLM2-6B fine-tuning has emerged.The system adopts the ChatGLM2-6B model and uses LoRA fine-tuning technology to achieve precise resume parsing and candidate suitability evaluation.At the same time,it adopts quantitative technology and can run efficiently on different devices and platforms.Among them,the development of the system used the Django framework,the database used SQlite,and the entire development process used Python language.This combination ensures the flexibility,scalability,and maintainability of the system.Whether it is an enterprise level application or a personal application,this system can provide fast and accurate resume analysis services,helping to solve the challenges of enterprise recruitment and meet the needs of individual users.It can provide strong support for the human resources industry.
