摘  要:精密显微操控技术在单细胞分析等前沿生命科学领域具有重要的应用价值。毛细针是一种被广泛应用的显微操控末端执行器,能否准确测量并控制毛细针的端部口径直接影响了终端应用的精度和可靠性。本文提出了一种基于计算机视觉的毛细针口径识别算法。该算法可自适应确定感兴趣区域(ROI)以准确获取毛细针的尖端位置;在此基础上,采取双向同步点扫描策略来定位毛细针端部位点,并实现毛细针口径的计算。实验结果表明:所提方法应用于显微操控平台的毛细针检测时,口径识别误差小于1μm,满足了单细胞分析场景下的精度需求。该方法克服了传统算法依赖于模板或背景、口径检测准确率低等问题,为精密显微操控技术奠定了良好的算法基础。Precision micromanipulation has important application value in advanced life science such as single cell analysis.Capillary tip is a widely-used end effector of micromanipulator.Whether it can accurately measure and control the caliber of the capillary tip directly affects the precision and reliability of the end application.A capillary tip caliber recognition algorithm based on computer vision is proposed.This algorithm can adaptively determine the region of interest(ROI)to accurately obtain the position of the capillary tip.On this basis,a bidirectional synchronous point scanning strategy is adopted to locate the point at the end of the capillary tip and the caliber of capillary tip can be calculated.The experimental results show that when the proposed method is applied to capillary caliber detection on a micro manipulation platform,the caliber identification error is less than 1μm,meeting the precision requirements for single cell analysis scene.This method overcomes the problems of traditional algorithms which relies on templates or backgrounds,and low accuracy of caliber detection,laying a good algorithm foundation for precision micromanipulation technology.
