Gufoni与Barbecue法治疗水平半规管向地性眼震良性阵发性位置性眩晕的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析Barbecue以及Gufoni法在向地性眼震水平半规管阵发性良性位置性眩晕治疗效果。方法将郑州大学第一附属医院2022年1月至8月期间收治的90例向地性眼震良性水平半规管阵发性位置性眩晕患者纳入研究,按治疗方法分组,将以Barbecue方法进行治疗的45例作为对照组,将以Gufoni方法进行治疗的45例作为观察组,对比两组患者的临床干预疗效。结果观察组有效率91.11%,高于对照组的80.00%,P<0.05;观察组眩晕消失及眩晕缓解时间为(6.21±1.65)d和(2.12±1.35)d,均少于对照组的(10.24±1.39)d和(3.58±1.42)d(P<0.05);观察组复位成功率为97.78%,高于对照组的82.22%,复位成功循环次数(1.02±0.02)次,少于对照组的(1.62±0.13)次,P均<0.05。结论临床可以借助Gufoni方法来对水平半规管向地性眼震良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者展开治疗,其不仅有较高的临床治疗有效率,同时还能够最大限度的缩短眩晕消失的时间,缓解眩晕症状,应用价值十分显著,值得进行推广。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Barbecue and Gufoni methods in the treatment of benign positional vertigo with horizontal semicircular canal paroxysmal in geotropic nystagmus.Methods A total of 90 patients with benign horizontal halircular canal paroxysmal positional vertigo with geotropic nystagmus admitted to our hospital from January to August 2022 were included in the study,and grouped according to treatment methods.45 cases treated with Barbecue method were taken as the control group,and 45 cases treated with Gufoni method were taken as the observation group,and the clinical intervention efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was 91.11%,which was higher than that of control group 80.00%,P<0.05;The duration of vertigo disappearance and remission in the observation group were(6.21±1.65)d and(2.12±1.35)d,which were lower than those in the control group(10.24±1.39)d and(3.58±1.42)d(P<0.05).The success rate of reduction in the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than that in the control group(82.22%),and the number of successful reduction cycles(1.02±0.02)was lower than that in the control group(1.62±0.13),all P<0.05.Conclusion The Gufoni method can be used in clinical treatment of patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo with horizontal semicircular canal nystagmus.It not only has a high clinical treatment efficiency,but also can minimize the time of vertigo disappearance and alleviate vertigo symptoms.The application value is very significant,and it is worth promoting.
