摘  要:高校教师教学能力是人才培养质量的重要保障,近年来很多高校通过实施教学人才计划引导教师提升教学能力和质量。通过政策文本分析、专家咨询和问卷调查,筛选了教师教学能力构成要素和教学业绩指标,并构建了14个教学业绩指标对11个教学能力构成要素的显著表征评价关系。本研究对高校教师提高自我认知能力、准确评价和提升自身教学能力,以及高校优化完善教学类人才计划、提高教学能力评价的有效性提供参考。Teachers’teaching competence is an important guarantee for talent cultivation,so in recent years,increased teaching talents programs are applied by universities to improve this competence.Through policy text analysis,expert consultation and questionnaire survey,this paper screens out the elements of teachers’teaching competence and teaching performance indicators,and constructs a significant representation and evaluation relationship of 14 teaching performance indicators on 11 elements.It provides reference for the improvement of university teachers’self-cognition ability,accurate evaluation and improvement of their own teaching competence,as well as the effectiveness of optimizing and improving the teaching talent plan and improving the evaluation of teaching competence.
