摘 要:目的探讨CT三维可视化技术联合脑动脉瘤介入术治疗脑动脉瘤的效果,旨在为临床脑动脉瘤患者的有效治疗提供科学参考。方法选取2019年12月至2022年12月萍乡市人民医院神经外科收治的80例脑动脉瘤患者作研究对象,依据随机数字表法将纳入的患者分为对照组(40例)与研究组(40例)。对照组采用脑动脉瘤介入术,研究组采用CT三维可视化技术联合脑动脉瘤介入术。比较两组患者的手术情况、临床疗效、Hunt-Hess分级、并发症及预后情况。结果研究组的术中出血量少于对照组,介入时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的Hunt-Hess分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的预后优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT三维可视化技术辅助介入术治疗脑动脉瘤疗效显著,术中出血量少、手术耗时短,利于术后神经功能恢复,促进良性预后,且安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effect of CT three-dimensional visualization technology combined with interventional treatment of cerebral aneurysms,so as to provide scientific reference for the effective treatment of patients with cerebral aneurysms.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral aneurysm admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery,Pingxiang People's Hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the included patients were divided into a control group(40 cases)and a study group(40 cases).The control group was treated with cerebral aneurysm intervention,and the study group was treated with CT three-dimensional visualization technology combined with cerebral aneurysm intervention.The surgical conditions,clinical efficacy,Hunt-Hess grade,complications and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the study group was less than that of the control group,and the duration of intervention and hospitalization were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hunt-Hess grade of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The prognosis of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT three-dimensional visualization technology assisted interventional treatment of cerebral aneurysms is effective,with less intraoperative blood loss and shorter operation time,which is conducive to postoperative neurological function recovery,promote benign prognosis,and is safe and reliable.
