摘　　要：第5版WHO造血与淋巴组织肿瘤分类蓝皮书即将出版。关于组织细胞/树突细胞肿瘤及淋巴组织间质源性肿瘤这两个章节有了较大的变化,对一些疾病进行了重新归类或命名。本文就更新的内容进行简要的解读和总结,比较了与第4版分类准则的变化,从临床病理诊断到治疗和预后,尤其是近年来分子遗传学等各方面的新进展,重点介绍了新纳入的几种疾病及作者参与编写的滤泡树突细胞肉瘤章节的内容,帮助读者更快地了解和掌握新分类。The 5th edition of the World Health Organization classification of hematolymphoid tumors(WHO Blue Book)is soon to be published.Significant revisions have been made in the chapters on histiocytic/dendritic cell neoplasms and stroma-derived neoplasms of lymphoid tissues,leading to the reclassification and renaming of specific diseases.This article provides a concise interpretation and summary of these updates,highlighting the differences from the fourth edition.Pertinent changes from clinical pathological diagnosis to treatment and prognosis are explored,with an emphasis on recent advancements in molecular genetics.Newly introduced disease classifications are discussed,and the section on follicular dendritic cell sarcoma contributed by the author is detailed to assist readers in quickly understanding and assimilating the new classification standards.
