眼袋整形术联合眼角注射A型肉毒毒素治疗眼袋皮肤松弛患者的效果

摘　　要：目的分析针对眼袋皮肤松弛患者实施眼袋整形术与眼角注射A型肉毒毒素联合治疗的应用效果。方法在2019年1月至2023年1月于金乡县人民医院医学美容中心治疗的150位眼袋皮肤松弛患者作为研究对象。对照组实施眼袋整形术治疗,试验组利用眼角注射A型肉毒毒素与眼袋整形术联合治疗。分析对比两组患者治疗前后抑郁情绪评分、焦虑情绪评分、美学及眼周评分、不良反应发生率、治疗满意度及治疗效果。结果与试验组相比,对照组患者治疗后的抑郁情绪评分、焦虑情绪评分、不良反应发生率均较高(均P<0.05);治疗后试验组患者的美学与眼周评分、治疗满意度、治疗效果均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论针对眼袋皮肤松弛的患者实施眼袋整形术联合眼角注射A型肉毒毒素治疗的应用效果显著,能够有效缓解不良情绪,降低不良反应发生概率,提升满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of oculoplastic surgery and botulinum toxin A injection in the corners of the eyes in patients with loose skin under the eyes.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with skin laxity under the eye bags treated at the Medical Aesthetic Center of Jinxiang County People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were used as study subjects.The control group was treated with blepharoplasty,and the experimental group was treated with botulinum toxin A injection in the corner of the eye in conjunction with blepharoplasty.Analysis and comparison of the two groups of patients before and after treatment of depression scores,anxiety scores,aesthetic and periocular scores,the incidence of adverse reactions,treatment satisfaction and treatment effects.Results Compared with the experimental group,the patients in the control group had higher depression scores,anxiety scores,and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment(all P<0.05);and the patients in the experimental group had better aesthetics and periocular scores,treatment satisfaction,and treatment effects than those in the control group after treatment(all P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with loose skin bags under the eyes,the application of oculoplastic surgery combined with botulinum toxin A injection in the corners of the eyes has a significant effect,which can effectively alleviate the bad mood,reduce the probability of adverse reactions,and improve the degree of satisfaction.
