度洛西汀与舍曲林治疗老年抑郁症患者的临床效果及安全性比较

摘　　要：目的对比研究度洛西汀与舍曲林治疗老年抑郁症患者的临床效果及安全性。方法将2022年10月至2023年6月于上杭县医院收治的老年抑郁症患者中抽出70例,其中35例纳入对照组选择舍曲林治疗,35例纳入观察组选择度洛西汀治疗,比较两组的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后的睡眠障碍、焦虑/躯体化、认知障碍等症状评分和不良反应发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与舍曲林相比较,采用度洛西汀治疗老年抑郁症患者的整体疗效更显著,有助于改善患者临床症状和提高治疗效果,且药物所致不良反应更低。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of duloxetine and sertraline in the treatment of elderly patients with depression.Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with depression admitted to Shanghang County Hospital from October 2022 to June 2023 were selected,among which 35 patients were treated with sertraline and included in the control group,and 35 patients were treated with duloxetine and included in the observation group.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The symptom scores of sleep disorders,anxiety/somatization,cognitive disorders and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with sertraline,the overall efficacy of duloxetine in treating elderly patients with depression is more significant,which is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms and improve the treatment effect,and the drug-induced adverse reactions are lower.
