摘　　要：目的评价CTA对颅内动脉瘤的诊断效能。方法回顾性分析我院2018年2月至2019年2月收治的43例疑似为颅内动脉瘤破裂导致的蛛网膜下腔出血患者作为研究对象,所有纳入患者均进行了CTA与DSA诊断。以DSA诊断结果为标准,评价CTA的诊断效果。结果DSA共诊断出51个颅内动脉瘤,CTA诊出颅内动脉瘤49个,符合率为96.08%;两者检出动脉瘤瘤颈宽度与瘤体最大径差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于颅内动脉瘤诊断,CTA与DSA诊断有较高的一致性,且相对无创,可作为筛查颅内动脉瘤的重要手段。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of CTA for intracranial aneurysms.Methods Forty-three patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage suspected to be caused by ruptured intracranial aneurysm admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were retrospectively analyzed as the study subjects,and all the included patients were diagnosed with CTA and DSA.The diagnostic results of DSA were used as the standard to evaluate the diagnostic effect of CTA.Results A total of 51 intracranial aneurysms were diagnosed by DSA,and 49 intracranial aneurysms were diagnosed by CTA,with a compliance rate of 96.08%;the difference between the width of the neck of the detected aneurysm and the maximum diameter of the aneurysm body was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions For the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm,CTA and DSA have high consistency in diagnosis and are relatively non-invasive,which can be used as an important means of screening intracranial aneurysm.
