摘　　要：目的探讨干扰素刺激基因15(ISG15)蛋白在原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)中的表达水平及其临床预后价值。方法选取2018年1月至2020年10月该院经术后病理确诊的HCC患者100例,根据ISG15蛋白表达水平将其分为低表达组和高表达组。比较不同临床特征患者ISG15蛋白表达水平,分析不同ISG15蛋白表达水平患者生存情况。结果癌组织及癌旁组织中ISG15蛋白表达水平分别为(5.00±1.69)、(3.78±1.22),二者比较,差异有统计学意义(t=5.766,P<0.001)。不同肿物大小、HBV-DNA拷贝数及分化程度患者ISG15蛋白表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低表达组中位生存期为40.5个月,生存率为70.83%,高表达组中位生存期为33.0个月,生存率为24.39%,二者比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.980,P=0.0016)。结论ISG15蛋白在HCC癌组织中高表达,其在抑制肿瘤细胞生长、抵抗HBV病毒复制、抑制癌细胞分化过程中具有相关作用。ISG15蛋白表达与临床预后相关,低表达者生存期更长。Objective To explore the expression level and clinical prognostic value of interferon stimulated gene 15(ISG15)protein in primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods A total of 100 HCC patients confirmed by postoperative pathology in the hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected,and divide into the low expression group and the high expression group based on the ISG15 protein expression level.The expression levels of ISG15 protein in patients with different clinical characteristics were compared,and the survival status of patients with different levels of ISG15 protein expression were analyzed.Results The expression levels of ISG15 protein in cancer tissue and adjacent tissues were(5.00±1.69)and(3.78±1.22),respectively,and the difference between the two tissue was statistically significant(t=5.766,P<0.001).There was statistically significant difference in the expression level of ISG15 protein among patients with different tumor sizes,HBV-DNA copy numbers,and differentiation levels(P<0.05).The median survival time of the low expression group was 40.5 months,with a survival rate of 70.83%,while the median survival time of the high expression group was 33.0 months,with a survival rate of 24.39%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.980,P=0.0016).Conclusion ISG15 protein is highly expressed in HCC cancer tissue and plays a related role in inhibiting tumor cell growth,resisting HBV virus replication,and inhibiting cancer cell differentiation.The expression of ISG15 protein is related to clinical prognosis,and those with low expression have a longer survival period.
