摘  要:慢性肾脏病(CKD)是指多种原因引起的慢性肾脏结构和功能障碍,肾纤维化是其常见病理表现之一,主要包括肾功能从受损直至完全丧失的整个过程。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)作为一类非蛋白质编码RNA,种类繁多,广泛参与体内多种细胞生物调节过程,其可通过调节microRNAs活性,控制靶基因的表达,并参与包括CKD等多种疾病的发生和演化。糖尿病肾病、梗阻性肾病及狼疮性肾炎等慢性肾脏病的发生与肾脏纤维化有关,并与多种lncRNA及相应的分子信号通路密切相关。这为CKD的防治提供了一些更为安全可靠的新型治疗途径。Chronic kidney disease(CKD)refers to chronic kidney structure and dys-function caused by various reasons,and renal fibrosis is one of its common pathological ma-nifestations,mainly including the entire process of renal function from damage to complete loss.Long noncoding RNA(lncRNA),as a type of non protein coding RNA,has a wide variety of types and is widely involved in various cellular biological regulatory processes in the body.It can regulate microRNAs activity,control the expression of target genes,and participate in the occurrence and evolution of various diseases,including CKD.The occurrence of chronic kidney diseases such as diabetes nephropathy,obstructive nephropathy and lupus nephritis is related to renal fibrosis,and is closely related to a variety of lncRNA and corresponding molecular signal pathways.This provides some safer and more reliable new treatment ap-proaches for the prevention and treatment of CKD.
