摘 要:随着垂直电商的发展及整装公司的前端截流,作为家具销售的重要渠道--家居大卖场,入驻品牌及商品、装修设计以及运营方式同质化严重,已变得门可罗雀,客流量越来越少,成交量越来越低。针对这种现状,以南康家居美学馆的设计为例,探讨商业规划、内装设计对于家居卖场的重要意义,并在遵循一般商业设计基础上,通过设计主题提炼、生活方式融入、家居场景营造等方式,为家居卖场注入新的灵魂与活力,阐释了内装设计在家居卖场创新经营中的重要作用。研究结果对整装时代家居卖场的商业重构有一定的启发意义,可为今后家居卖场的内装设计提供一定的参考和借鉴。With the development of vertical e-commerce and the market preemption by all-inclusive decoration companies,home furnishing stores,once an important channel for furniture sales,are facing severe homogenization across brand presence,product offerings,décor aesthetics,and operational practices.This has led to a decline in customer traffic and sales volume.In response to this situation,this study takes the design of Nankang Home Aesthetics Museum as an example to discuss the significant impact of commercial planning and interior design on home furnishing stores.Building on the foundations of general commercial design,the study explores the injecting new life and dynamism into home furnishing stores through thematic design refinement,integration of lifestyle elements,and creation of home living scenes,elucidating the crucial role of interior design in the innovative operation of home furnishing stores.The research results offer enlightening implications for the commercial restructuring of home furnishing stores in the era of full-decoration,serving as a reference for future interior design initiatives in the home furnishing industry.
