摘　　要：旨在对中国深度老龄化背景的“抢人大战”现象和相应的人口稳固策略,从居家养老的层面,提出嵌入代际互助的多代居适老化设计理念,通过代际合居类型理论和实例解析法,对长沙两套典型住宅的卧眠、厨卫、起居、收纳空间等主要空间,进行代际互助适老化的优化改造。探析出代际互助的多代居模式对老年人居家养老具有适应性调整和平衡代际利益的作用。提出基于法律、经济、运营机制介入的中国多代屋的构想,为实现老年人从“老有所依”到“老有所乐”的成功老化目标探索出一条新的道路。This article aims to explore the phenomenon of"people-grabbing war"in the context of China's deep aging population and corresponding population stabilization strategies and propose a multi-generation adaptive aging design concept embedded in intergenerational mutual assistance from the perspective of home-based elderly care.Through the theory of intergenerational cohabitation types and case analysis,it optimizes and transforms the main spaces,such as sleeping,kitchen and bathroom,living,and storage spaces,of two typical residential buildings in Changsha for intergenerational mutual assistance and aging adaptation.This article explores the adaptive adjustment and balancing of intergenerational benefits of the multigenerational living model of mutual assistance for elderly care at home.It proposes the concept of multigenerational housing in China based on legal,economic,and operational mechanisms,exploring a new path towards achieving the goal of successful aging for the elderly from being"dependent on old age"to"enjoying old age."
