福州市森林资源产业发展现状及对策--以森林食品产业为例

摘　　要：森林是陆地生态系统的主体,蕴含着丰富的食物资源,是多元化食物供给体系的重要组成部分。在大食物观背景下,发展森林食品产业,不仅能够为消费者提供更丰盛的食品,而且从长远发展来看,对保障国家粮食安全也具有十分重要的意义。本文结合福州市森林食品产业发展的现状,提出了促进福州市森林食品产业发展的对策建议。Forests are the main body of terrestrial ecosystems,containing abundant food resources and an important component of a diversified food supply system.In the context of the macro food perspective,developing the forest food industry not only provides consumers with more abundant food,but also has significant implications for ensuring national food security in the long run.This article proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the forest food industry in Fuzhou based on the current situation of its development.
