摘　　要：近年来,我国信息技术得到了快速发展,各个行业都逐渐形成了一种信息技术一体化的形态,为产业发展打开了新通道。医院信息化工作内容繁杂、流程繁多,传统的人力管理已不能适应现代化医院的需要。所以,将信息技术与医院管理相融合是医院今后发展的方向。为此,文章对目前医院信息技术建设中出现的问题进行剖析,并阐述信息技术在医院管理中应用,最后提出提高信息技术在医院管理信息系统措施,以期对国内医院信息管理工作提供一些参考。In recent years,China’s information technology has developed rapidly,and various industries have gradually formed a form of information technology integration,which has opened a new channel for industrial development.Hospital informatization work is complex and has many processes,and the traditional human resource management can no longer meet the needs of modern hospitals.Therefore,the integration of information technology and hospital management is the future development direction of the hospital.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems in the construction of hospital information technology,expounds the application of information technology in hospital management,and finally puts forward measures to improve the information technology in hospital management information system,so as to provide some reference for domestic hospital information management.
