党支部标准化建设视野下医学院校实习生党员管理探究

摘　　要：在医学类院校,实习生党员教育管理是大学生政治思想教育中的重要组成部分,但由于医学实习生党员具有实习地点分散、实习周期长、教育管理不集中等问题,给高校实习生党员教育管理工作带来了较大挑战。因此,如何提高对医学高校实习生党员教育管理的工作能力,是医学高校学生党建工作者的重要任务之一。本文主要探究了在党支部标准化建设视野下,医学院校实习生党员管理中存在的问题,探索解决实习生党员规范化教育管理的新路径,以期解决目前在医学类院校党员教育管理中普遍存在的痛点问题,进一步推进实习生党员的标准化管理工作。In medical universities,the education and management of intern Party members is an important part of the political and ideological education of university students.But due to the problems of scattered practice places,long internship period and uncentralized education and management,it brings great challenges to the education and management of intern Party members in universities.Therefore,it is one of the important tasks for student Party building workers in medical universities to improve the ability of education and management of student Party members in medical universities.This paper mainly explores the existing problems in the management of intern Party members in medical universities from the perspective of standardization construction of the Party branch,and explores a new path to solve the standardized education and management of intern Party members,in order to solve the pain points commonly existed in the education and management of Party members in medical universities and further promote the standardized management of intern Party members.
