摘  要:由于压力容器在使用过程中内部存储压力会发生周期性变动,爆破片在其服役期内难免受到循环载荷的作用,因此对爆破片疲劳性能的研究十分必要。以正拱开缝型爆破片作为试验对象,提出一种Abaqus和FE-SAFE联合仿真预测疲劳寿命的方法,并通过正交仿真试验研究结构参数对疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明:最大循环压力在0.6 P b~0.85P b范围内仿真误差小于12%,爆破片疲劳薄弱点位于应力桥两端应力集中部位;随着循环压力的减小,疲劳寿命增加,二者符合幂函数关系,且最大循环压力低于0.6 P b时,爆破片最大应力小于316L材料的疲劳极限应力,使得疲劳寿命大幅延长;厚度、桥长、桥个数对疲劳寿命的影响程度占比分别为50.2%,38.07%,11.73%,厚度与疲劳寿命呈正相关关系,而桥长、桥个数则呈负相关关系。研究结果可为耐疲劳爆破片的研究方法与设计思路提供参考。Due to the periodic variation in the amount of substance inside the pressure vessel during operation,bursting discs are inevitably subjected to cyclic loads.Therefore,studying the fatigue performance of bursting discs is crucial.The conventional slotted bursting disc was taken as the experimental object,and a method of combined simulation prediction of fatigue life using Abaqus and FE-SAFE was proposed.The influence of structural parameters on fatigue life was studied through orthogonal experiments.The results show that the simulation error is less than 12%when the maximum cyclic pressure is in the range of 0.6 P b~0.85P b,and the fatigue weak point of the bursting disc is located at the stress concentration at both ends of the stress bridge.As the cyclic pressure decreases,the fatigue life increases,and the two follow a power function relationship.When the maximum cyclic pressure is lower than 0.6 P b,the maximum stress of the bursting disc is less than the fatigue limit stress of 316L steel,leading to a significant extension of fatigue life.The influences of thickness,bridge length,and number of bridges on the fatigue life are 50.2%,38.07%,and 11.73%respectively,the thickness shows a positive correlation with fatigue life,while bridge length shows a negative correlation with number of bridges.The study provides a reference for the research method and design idea of fatigue resistant bursting discs.
