摘 要:桥梁运营期间不仅有桥梁本身结构风险还有影响桥梁交通运行的动态风险,特别是在多种风险因素叠加的情况下,桥梁运营阶段风险往往更加突出,对桥梁安全风险防控提出了更高的要求.本研究基于扎根理论设计访谈问卷,并面向高校学者、运营管理人员及工程养护人员等多方群体选择访谈对象,开展线上线下相结合的深度专家访谈,根据专家访谈反馈情况汇总桥梁动静态风险要素并提取相关防控策略及标准文件.最后基于专家访谈结合文献资料、实际事故情况梳理出八种桥梁典型场景的动静态风险,并提出桥梁动静态风险靶向防控策略.有助于提升桥梁整体交通运行安全水平.During bridge operation,there are not only structural risks but also dynamic risks affecting bridge traffic operation,especially when multiple risk factors are superimposed,the risks in bridge operation phase are often more prominent,which puts forward higher requirements for bridge safety risk prevention and control.This study designs an interview questionnaire based on the rooting theory,and selects interviewees from multiple groups such as university scholars,operation managers and engineering maintenance personnel,and conducts a combination of online and offline in-depth expert interviews to summarize bridge dynamic and static risk elements and extract relevant prevention and control strategies and standard documents based on expert interview feedback.Finally,based on the expert interviews combined with literature and actual accident situations,the dynamic and static risks of eight typical bridge scenarios were sorted out,and targeted prevention and control strategies for dynamic and static bridge risks were proposed.It helps to improve the overall traffic operation safety level of bridges.
