摘　　要：失智症在防控与管理方面面临诸多局限与问题。通过对世界卫生组织《失智症研究行动方案》的解读,基于提高认识与诊断水平、提供照护、降低风险等六大广泛研究的失智症主题现状,结合我国在识别诊断、患者照护、干预管理和国家级专项规划等方面的实际现况,提出从社会认知、行为干预、非药物干预、长期照护、专项政策研究和全生命周期健康管理等层面的策略建议,以期实现为失智症患者、家庭及照护者提供更高质量的照护和支持性服务,提高其生活质量,并为我国老年失智症防控提供工作思路和参考借鉴。Dementia faces numerous limitations and challenges in terms of prevention,control,and management.Through the interpretation of the World Health Organization's Blueprint for Dementia Research,based on the current status of six widely studied dementia themes,including raising awareness and diagnosis levels,providing care,and reducing risk,this article addresses the practical situation in China concerning identification,diagnosis,patient care,interveneon management,and national-level specialized planning.The article proposes strategic recommendations across social awareness,behavioral intervention,non-pharmacological intervention,long-term care,specialized policy research and comprehensive lifecycle health management.The aim is to provide higher-quality care and supportive services for dementia patients,families,and caregivers,improve their quality of life,and offer insights and references for the prevention and control of dementia in China.
