融入职业取向的项目式教学——肉桂酸乙酯的工业合成

摘　　要：受新课标中“肉桂酸乙酯合成”情境建议的启发,设计出以“肉桂酸乙酯的工业合成”为主题的项目式教学,并巧妙融入了“职业取向”的教育思想。整个项目分解为3个子活动,邀请“有机合成研究员”“化工设计工程师”“环境保护员”参与到项目教学中,学生在掌握典型的有机合成方法及领悟工艺思想的同时,形成对化学职业的一般认识。Inspired by the suggestion of"synthesis of ethyl cinnamate"in the new curriculum standard,this paper designs project-based teaching with the theme of"industrial synthesis of eth-yl cinnamate",and cleverly integrates the educational thought of"vocational orientation".The whole project is divided into three sub-activities."Organic synthesis researcher","chemical de-sign engineer"and"environmental protection officer"are invited to participate in the teaching of the project.While mastering typical organic synthesis methods and understanding industrial ide-as,students can form a general understanding of the chemical profession.
