摘 要:目的 评价枫杨叶多糖对小鼠免疫功能和抗疲劳作用的影响。方法 将小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、枫杨叶多糖高、中、低剂量组(100、50、25 mg/kg),采用环磷酰胺诱发的免疫功能低下小鼠模型,测定胸腺指数、脾脏指数、廓清指数、吞噬指数及耳肿胀度,观察枫杨叶多糖的免疫调节作用;采用小鼠负重游泳及耐缺氧试验,测定其时间及血清中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量,观察枫杨叶多糖抗疲劳效果。结果 枫杨叶多糖在高剂量、中剂量下均能显著提高小鼠胸腺指数、脾脏指数、廓清指数、吞噬指数、耳肿胀度、负重游泳时间、耐缺氧时间(P<0.05或P<0.01),且在高剂量下能显著提高小鼠血清中SOD含量、降低MDA含量。结论 枫杨叶多糖具有较好的增强免疫、抗疲劳作用,且呈剂量依赖性。Objective To investigate the effect of polysaccharide from Pterocarya stenoptera leaves on immune function and anti-fatigue in mice.Methods Mice were randomly divided into blank group,model group,and high,medium and low doses of Pterocarya stenoptera leaf polysaccharide(100,50 and 25 mg·kg-1)groups.The thymus index,spleen index,clearance index,phagocytosis index and ear swelling were measured in the immunocompromised mouse model induced by cyclophosphamide.The time and content of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum of mice were determined by weight-bearing swimming test and hypoxia tolerance test.Results High and medium doses of Pterocarya stenoptera leaf polysaccharide significantly increased thymus index,spleen index,clearance index,phagocytosis index,ear swelling,weight-bearing swimming time,and hypoxia tolerance time of mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01).High doses of Pterocarya stenoptera leaf polysaccharide increased serum SOD content and reduced MDA content(P<0.05).Conclusion The polysaccharide from Pterocarya stenoptera leaves has good effects on strengthening immunity and anti-fatigue in a dosage-dependent manner.
