摘　　要：胆囊癌(GBC)是胆道系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一,由于其恶性程度高,侵袭性强,缺乏特异性的临床表现,致使早期诊断困难。本文总结了早期GBC在超声,CT等影像学上的表现;阐述了蛋白类标志物,microRNA类标志物在早期诊断GBC中的作用,以期增强对GBC相关特征的认识,提高早期胆囊癌诊断的准确性,对提高GBC的检出率有一定意义。Gallbladder carcinoma(GBC)is one of the most common malignant tumors in the biliary system,which is difficult to diagnose in the early stage due to its high degree of malignancy,invasiveness and lack of specific clinical manifestations.In this paper,we summarize ultrasound,CT and other imaging manifestations in the early stage of GBC,and describe the role of protein markers and microRNA marker as biomarkers in the diagnosis of early GBC.The enhanced understanding of the relevant features might help to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of early gallbladder carcinoma.
