摘 要:【目的】确定不同卵巢成熟率克氏原螯虾群体形态性状对体质量的影响,为克氏原螯虾选育工作提供参考。【方法】以晒田环境胁迫方式获得不同卵巢成熟率的克氏原螯虾群体,分别测量不同卵巢成熟率群体的全长(X_(1))、体长(X_(2))、头胸甲长(X_(3))等11个形态性状及体质量(Y);通过相关分析、通径分析和多元回归分析研究不同卵巢成熟率下克氏原螯虾群体体质量与主要形态性状间关系的变化。【结果】通过晒田环境胁迫方式确定3个卵巢成熟率[51.67%(S1+S2)、76.67%(S3)和96.67%(S4)]克氏原螯虾群体。相关分析结果表明,不同卵巢成熟率群体各形态性状与体质量存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)差异,体质量变异系数均在25.00%以上,选育潜力较大。通径分析结果表明,3个卵巢成熟率群体的总决定系数均≥0.850,51.67%卵巢成熟率群体体质量(Y)由全长(X_(1))、螯足长(X_(5))和腹全长(X_(8))共同决定;76.67%卵巢成熟率群体体质量由头胸甲长(X_(3))、头胸甲宽(X_(4))和螯钳长(X_(6))共同决定;96.67%卵巢成熟率群体体质量由全长(X_(1))和螯钳宽(X_(7))共同决定。3个卵巢成熟率克氏原螯虾群体形态性状与体质量的多元回归方程分别为:Y_(S_(1)+S_(2))=-34.028+0.301X_(1)+0.320X_(5)+0.256X_(8);Y_(S_(3))=-34.142+0.645X_(3)+0.835X_(4)+0.261X_(6);Y_(S_(4))=-45.899+0.553X_(1)+1.493X_(7)。【结论】随着晒田时间的增加,克氏原螯虾卵巢成熟率随之升高,卵巢成熟率为51.67%时,显著影响体质量的主要形态性状以螯足长为主,腹全长和全长为辅;卵巢成熟率升至76.67%时,显著影响体质量的主要形态性状以头胸甲长为主,头胸甲宽和螯钳长为辅;卵巢成熟率升至96.67%时,显著影响体质量的主要形态性状以全长为主,螯钳宽为辅。【Objective】To determine the effects of morphological traits on body mass in Procambarus clarlii popula-tions with different ovarian maturation rates,and to provide reference for P.clarlii selection and breeding.【Method】Ob-tained crayfish populations with different ovarian maturity rates by means of environmental stress in the sunfield,and measured 11 morphological traits such as total length(X_(1)),body length(X_(2)),cephalothoracic armour length(X_(3))and body mass(Y)of the populations with different ovarian maturity rates;and investigated the relationship between the body mass of the P.clarlii populations with different ovarian maturity rates and the main morphological traits through the corre-lation analysis,pathway analysis and multiple regression analysis.【Result】Three populations of P.clarlii with different ovarian maturation rates[51.67%(S1+S2),76.67%(S3)and 96.67%(S4)]were identified by environmental stress in the sunfields.The results of correlation analysis showed that there were significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant(P<0.01)differences in each morphological trait and body mass among the populations with different ovarian maturation rates,and the coefficients of variation for body mass were all more than 25.00%,resulting in a high potential for selection and breeding.The results of the pathway analysis showed that the total coefficient of determination of the three ovarian maturity rate populations was≥0.850,51.67%ovarian maturity rate populations’body mass(Y)was jointly determined by the total length(X_(1)),chelicerae length(X_(5))and total abdominal length(X_(8));76.67%ovarian maturity rate popula-tions’body mass was jointly determined by cephalothoracic armor length(X_(3)),cephalothoracic armor width(X_(4))and chelicerae length(X_(6));96.67%ovarian maturity rate populations’body mass was jointly determined by the total length(X_(1))and chela width(X_(7)).The multiple regression equations of morphological traits and body mass of the three ovarian maturity rates P.clarlii popul
