摘 要:目的:研究3种粘接剂对抛光及上釉锆瓷与正畸金属托槽粘接强度和耐久性的影响。方法:选用2种通用型粘接剂Single Bond Universal(SBU)和Prime&Bond Universal(PBU),以TransbondTMMIP(TM)为对照分别将抛光组、上釉组锆瓷与上颌中切牙金属托槽粘接,试样共6组(n=20)。水浴或水浴+冷热循环储存后测试全部试件剪切粘接强度(SBS),分析断裂形态以及粘接剂残留指数(ARI)。结果:粘接剂(P<0.001)和储存条件(P<0.001)显著影响锆瓷与托槽的剪切粘接强度;抛光或上釉(P=0.09)组间无统计学差异。SBU在各组中都表现出较强的粘接强度和较低的ARI,3种粘接剂间的ARI分数存在显著差异(P<0.001)。结论:粘接金属托槽与抛光及上釉锆瓷时,SBU较PBU和TM有更好的粘接性能。Objective:To investigate the effects of 3 adhesives on the bond force and durability of polished and glazed zirconia ceramics to orthodontic metal brackets respectively.Methods:Universal adhesives,Single Bond Universal(SBU)and Prime&Bond Universal(PBU)were respectively used to bond polished and glazed zirconia to metal braces of maxillary central incisors using Transbond TM MIP(TM)as the control.The shear bond strength(SBS),the fracture morphology and adhesive residual index(ARI)were examed after water bath or water bath-thermal cycling storage.Results:The adhesive(P<0.001)and storage conditions(P<0.001)significantly affected the shear bond strength of zirconia to brackets.There was no significant difference between the polished or glazed groups(P=0.09).SBU showed the stronger SBS and lower ABI,there were significant differences in ARI scores among the 3 cements(P<0.001).Conclusion:SBU may have better bonding performance than PBU and TM in the orthodontic bonding of polished or glazed zirconia surfaces to the zirconia ceramics.
