摘  要:牙周病在中国人群中的患病率高达90%以上,现有治疗技术仅能控制疾病发展,诱导骨组织再生能力成为治疗的希望和难点。外泌体是一类来源于核内体的多囊泡结构物,近年来将其应用于牙周再生领域的研究越来越多。该文将近年来外泌体在牙周再生领域的应用进行综述,有望为牙周再生治疗提供新的思路。The prevalence of periodontal disease in Chinese population is more than 90%.The present treatment techniques can only control the development of the disease,inducement of bone tissue regeneration is a promising strategy and a challenge for the treatment.Exosomes are multivesicle structures derived from endosomes.More and more studies have been conducted on their application in periodontal regeneration.This paper reviews the application of exosome in periodontal regeneration in recent years,which is expected to provide new idea for periodontal regeneration therapy.
