摘　　要：中药材作为陇西县当地支柱产业,提升其产业链竞争力已成为发展主流。基于此,文章通过实地调研,通过具体案例总结陇西县中药材产业链结构与运营模式,并发现问题,提出以龙头企业为发展核心,通过延长产业链、提升价值链、共享利益链以提升陇西县中药材产业链竞争力。As a local pillar industry in Longxi County,Chinese herbal medicine has become the mainstream of development to enhance its industrial chain competitiveness.Based on this,this paper summarizes the industrial chain structure and operation mode of traditional Chinese medicine in Longxi County through field research and specific cases,and finds out the problems,and puts forward that leading enterprises should be the core of development,and the competitiveness of industrial chain of traditional Chinese medicine in Longxi County should be improved by extending the industrial chain,upgrading the value chain and sharing the interest chain.
