摘　　要：将政府补贴和CSR同时纳入供应链协调中。以单个制造商和单个零售商构成的两阶供应链为对象,制造商主导履行CSR,研究政府补贴对供应链履行CSR决策及协调的影响。研究发现:集中决策下供应链均衡解优于分散决策,但只有满足一定条件时,集中决策下产品零售价格才低于分散决策。当政府补贴系数增加时,最优零售价格和制造商最优企业社会责任会随着增加。两种协调策略中,两部定价契约协调性最优,成本分担契约协调效果与成本分担比例有关。Government subsidies and CSR are incorporate into supply chain decision-making and coordination.A two-echelon supply chain composed of a single manufacturer and a single retailer is considered,the manufacturer implements CSR dominantly,and the effects of government subsidies on supply chain implementing CSR and coordination are studied.The equilibrium solution of supply chain under centralized decision-making is better than that under decentralized decision-making,but only when certain conditions are met,the retail price of products under centralized decision-making is lower than that under decentralized decision-making.When the government subsidy coefficient increases,the optimal retail price and the manufacturer's optimal corporate social responsibility will increase.The two-part tariff contract coordination results are the most effective among two-part tariff contract and cost sharing contract.The coordination effect of cost sharing contract is related to the cost sharing proportion.
