摘　　要：随着互联网的普及和电子技术的革新,电商企业迎来了蓬勃发展的黄金期。京东商城作为自营物流系统的企业,通过对物流成本实施更严格的管理可以实现企业新的增长点,从而在众多竞争企业中保持低成本优势,以此吸引更多的客户。文章以京东商城为研究对象,基于供应链的视角从供应链上游、企业内部、供应链下游分析了京东商城物流成本管理存在的问题及原因,从供应链的视角提出参考建议,期望为电商企业进一步改善物流成本管理提供新的思路。With the popularization of the internet and the innovation of electronic technology,e-commerce enterprises have ushered in a golden period of vigorous development.As a self operated logistics system enterprise,it is crucial for JD Mall to achieve new growth points through logistics cost management,thereby maintaining a low-cost advantage among numerous competitive enterprises and attracting more customers.This article takes JD Mall as the research object,and analyzes the problems and reasons of logistics cost management in JD Mall from the perspective of supply chain upstream,internal,and downstream.From the perspective of supply chain,reference suggestions are proposed,hoping to provide new ideas for e-commerce enterprises to further improve logistics cost management.
