摘 要:随着《建筑抗震管理条例》的颁布,隔震建筑在工程建设中的应用将越来越广泛。以福州某办公楼隔震结构设计为研究对象,采用有限元软件YJK和ETABS分析了主要振型的反应谱。给出了抗震设计目标确定的方法、地震波的选取方法和减震机理,得出了可供工程技术人员借鉴的主要结论:地震波选取时可通过观察地震波的时程曲线图的主要周期点和最大加速度值并对比反应谱与规范谱的拟合度,来判断其与建筑场地是否相适应;高层结构在底部设置隔震支座能够显著改善上部结构的地震反应谱,其减震机理并不是延迟周期而是滤波原理。With the promulgation of the Regulations on Seismic Management of Buildings,the application of isolated buildings in engineering construction will become increasingly widespread.This article takes the seismic isolation structure design of an office building in Fuzhou as the research object,and uses finite element software YJK and ETABS to analyze the response spectra of the main vibration modes.The method for determining seismic design objectives,the selection method of seismic waves,and the vibration reduction mechanism were provided,and the main conclusions that can be used for reference by engineering and technical personnel were drawn:when selecting seismic waves,the main period points and maximum acceleration values of the seismic wave time history curve can be observed,and the fitting degree of the response spectrum and the standard spectrum can be compared to determine whether they are suitable for the construction site;setting isolation bearings at the bottom of high-rise structures can significantly improve the seismic response spectrum of the upper structure,and its damping mechanism is not based on the delay period but rather on the filtering principle.
