英国区域高等技术教育发展共同体构建研究——以英国新型技术学院为例

摘　　要：新型技术学院是英国高等技术教育的新发展模式,实行由雇主主导的多元化主体办学,将现有高绩效的继续教育学院、大学和世界领先雇主结成密切合作的伙伴关系,通过竞赛选拔获得英国政府的运营许可和资金支持,基于当地经济和社区发展需要提供STEM学科的高等技术教育和培训,为促进经济复苏、填补技能差距并保障未来的就业机会发挥重要作用,呈现出鲜明的功能定位与发展特征,助推英国进一步建立世界一流的高等技术教育体系。The new technology institutes is a new development model of British higher technical education.It implements a diversified main body of education dominated by employers,and forms a close partnership between the existing high-performance continuing education institutes,universities and world-leading employers.Through competition selection,it obtains the operation license and financial support of British government.Based on the needs of local economy and community development,it provides higher technical education and training in STEM disciplines.It plays an important role in promoting economic recovery,filling the skills gap and ensuring future employment opportunities.It presents distinctive functional positioning and development characteristics,and promotes the UK to further establish a world-class higher technical education system.
