摘　　要：针对青岛科技大学OA系统电子文件在线归档建设不足以及当前“智慧青科”下归档电子文件种类和数量急剧上升的需求,提出高校电子文件在线归档的接口建设方案,依托大数据中心构建中间库对接系统,详细阐述业务系统、大数据中心中间库、电子档案管理信息系统的接口功能要求,采用归档信息包作为通用格式进行归档数据传输,从而实现高校电子文件在线归档的自动化和规范化。In response to the shortcomings of the online archiving construction of electronic records in OA system of Qingdao University of Science and Technology,as well as the rapidly increasing demand for the types and quantities of archived electronic records under the current"Smart Qingdao University of Science and Technology",this article proposes the online archiving of electronic records in universities should rely on big data centers to build an interface construction plan for the intermediate database docking system,elaborates on the interface functional requirements for the business systems,big data center intermediate libraries,and electronic archive management information systems in detail,uses archiving submission information packages as a common format for data transmission between systems.This solution achieves automation and standardization of online archiving of electronic records in universities.
