摘 要:新工科背景下我国高校开设了许多双语课程,但双语教学的理论研究和实践探索还处于起步阶段,双语教学模式还不够完善,而且对双语课程较为重要的考核评价方式尚不明确。以“机场概论”课程为突破口,探讨双语课程考核评价模式确立的策略及制度保障,提出基于OBE教育模式下的双语课程考核评价方式的确定方法,并将OBE理念与新工科教育目标相结合,以期提高工程教育人才培养质量,进一步实现新工科教育教学与当前经济社会发展的相互耦合。Under the background of new engineering,many bilingual courses have been set up in colleges and universities in China,but the theoretical research and practical exploration of bilingual teaching are still in the initial stage,and the bilingual teaching mode is not perfect.Moreover,the important assessment and evaluation methods for bilingual courses are not yet clear.Taking the Airport Introduction course as a breakthrough point,this paper discusses the strategy and system guarantee for the establishment of bilingual course assessment and evaluation mode,puts forward the determination method of bilingual course assessment and evaluation mode based on the OBE education mode,and combines the OBE concept with the new engineering education goal,so as to promote the quality of engineering education personnel training,and further realize the mutual coupling between the new engineering education and the current economic and social development.
