摘　　要：研究集束化干预对于预防鼻胃肠管非计划性拔管的实施效果。于甘肃省武威肿瘤医院食管癌手术患者中随机抽取70例,分为对照组(35例,常规护理)和观察组(35例,集束化干预),对比两组鼻胃肠管非计划性拔管情况及护理后营养免疫功能,并调查家属满意度情况。研究发现,对于食管癌术后患者采取集束化干预能够有效预防鼻胃肠管非计划性拔管,减少鼻胃肠管护理不良事件。同时,经过集束化干预后,有利于改善患者营养状态和免疫功能,更能得到家属的认可,具有较高临床价值。This paper studies the implementation effect of bundle intervention on preventing unplanned extubation of the nasogastric tract in postoperative patients with esophageal cancer.Seventy patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgery at Wuwei Cancer Hospital in Gansu Province were randomly selected and divided into a control group(35 cases,routine care)and an observation group(35 cases,bundled intervention).The unplanned removal of nasogastric tubes and nutritional and immune functions after nursing were compared between the two groups,and the satisfaction of family members was investigated.Research finds that for postoperative patients with esophageal cancer,bundle intervention can effectively prevent unplanned removal of the nasogastric tube,reduce adverse events in nasogastric tube care,and improve the patient’s nutritional status and immune function after bundle intervention.It can also gain recognition from family members and has high clinical value.
