血清腺苷脱氨酶在急性白血病临床检验中的辅助诊断价值观察

摘　　要：探究急性白血病临床检验中血清腺苷脱氨酶在诊断中的应用价值。选择2021年6月—2023年6月收治的30例急性白血病疑似病例为研究对象,对患者抽血后进行实验室生化检验,测定其血清腺苷脱氨酶。比较血清腺苷脱氨酶与临床综合诊断结果,同时比较肝功能异常患者与肝功能正常患者的血清腺苷脱氨酶检验水平。结果表明:在急性白血病诊断中应用血清腺苷脱氨酶,其诊断符合率、灵敏度、特异度与综合诊断结果相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。急性白血病疑似病例中肝功能异常者的血清腺苷脱氨酶水平高于肝功能正常者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,急性白血病临床检验中对患者进行血清腺苷脱氨酶测定,可以对疾病诊断起到辅助作用,反映患者肝功能实际情况,具有较高的诊断价值,值得临床推广与使用。Exploring the diagnostic value of serum adenosine deaminase in clinical testing of acute leukemia.Thirty suspected cases of acute leukemia admitted from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Laboratory biochemical tests were conducted on the patients after blood sampling to determine their serum adenosine deaminase levels.Compare serum adenosine deaminase levels with clinical comprehensive diagnostic results,and compare serum adenosine deaminase test levels between patients with abnormal liver function and those with normal liver function.The results showed that the application of serum adenosine deaminase in the diagnosis of acute leukemia showed no statistically significant differences in diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity compared to the comprehensive diagnostic results(P>0.05).The serum adenosine deaminase levels in suspected cases of acute leukemia with abnormal liver function were higher than those with normal liver function,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that serum adenosine deaminase testing in patients with acute leukemia can play an auxiliary role in disease diagnosis,reflect the actual liver function of patients,and have high diagnostic value,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
