摘　　要：中国小曲清香型白酒历史悠久,具有生产周期短、出酒率高、酒体干净、风格典型等特点,深受消费者喜爱,白酒消费持续升级推动小曲清香型白酒发展。从发展历史、经验总结、工艺创新三个方面对小曲清香型白酒的整体发展情况进行了简要概述,以期为企业及相关工作者提供借鉴与参考。Xiaoqu Light Flavor Baijiu has a long history,with short production cycle,high liquor yield,clean baijiu body,typical style and other characteristics,which is favored by consumers,and the continuous upgrading of baijiu consumption promotes the development of Xiaoqu Light Flavor Baijiu.This paper briefly summarizes the overall development of Xiaoqu Light Flavor Baijiu from three aspects of development history,experience summary and process innovation,in order to provide reference for enterprises and related workers.
