摘  要:现代化是中国老年教育发展的战略选择和必然路径。老年教育现代化应遵循中国式现代化理论内涵,坚持“公平且有质量”的教育发展理念,以老年教育高质量发展为核心目标,努力克服办好人民满意的老年教育的基本障碍,实现老年人“有学上”和“上好学”。研究基于对老年教育现代化的阐释和内涵,构建了县域老年教育评价指标体系,并对2022年度浙江省域内90个县(区、市)开展了老年教育指数测评。结果显示:浙江县域老年教育指数均值为65.56,老年教育参与率12.54%,城乡发展差异显著、数字化赋能不足,表明现阶段浙江老年教育发展仍处于基本保障水平。研究表明:老年教育现代化是以“精神性成长”重塑老年教育目标,以县域为单位推动老年教育城乡均衡,通过提供均等化的服务丰富老年教育供给,利用数字技术促进老年学习变革创新,在公平基础上开展的一场老年教育“质量革命”。推进老年教育现代化,可满足老年人对美好生活、终身学习的向往,同时为我国现代化进程中老年事业的发展注入新动能。Modernization is the strategic choice and inevitable path for the development of elderly education in China.The modernization of elderly education should follow the theoretical connotation of Chinese-style modernization,adhere to the concept of“fair and quality”education development,take high-quality development of elderly education as the core goal,and strive to overcome the basic obstacles to running elderly education that the people are satisfied with,so as to realize that the elderly can“go to school”and“go to school and learn”.Based on the interpretation and connotation of the modernization of elderly education,the research constructs the evaluation index system of elderly education at the county level,and carries out the evaluation of education index for the elderly in 90 counties(districts and cities)in Zhejiang Province in 2022.The results show that the average index of elderly education at county level in Zhejiang is 65.56,the participation rate of education for the elderly is 12.54%,the difference between urban and rural development is significant,and the digital empowerment is insufficient,indicating that the development of elderly education is still at the basic guarantee level at present.The research shows that the modernization of education for the elderly is a“quality revolution”of education for the elderly carried out on the basis of fairness by reshaping the education goal of the elderly with“spiritual growth”,promoting the urban-rural balance of elderly education with the county as the unit,enriching the education supply for the elderly by providing equal services,and promoting the innovation of learning for the elderly by using digital technology.Promoting the modernization of education for the elderly can meet the elderly's yearning for a better life and lifelong learning,and at the same time inject new momentum into the development of the cause of the elderly in the process of modernization in China.
