摘　　要：目的 通过检测微囊蛋白1(CAV1)、富含脯氨酸蛋白11(PRR11)及高迁移率族蛋白A2(HMGA2)在骨肉瘤中的表达,探讨其在骨肉瘤发展中的作用和临床意义。方法 将68例骨肉瘤患者作为观察组,31例软骨肉瘤患者作为对照组。比较两组组织中CAV1、PRR11、HMGA2阳性表达情况;记录68例骨肉瘤患者的预后情况,比较不同预后骨肉瘤患者的临床特征;骨肉瘤患者预后影响因素采用多因素Logistic回归分析。结果 观察组组织中CAV1、PRR11、HMGA2阳性表达率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。将68例骨肉瘤患者按预后情况分为预后良好组56例(82.35%)和预后不良组12例(17.65%)。两组患者病理分型、远处转移情况及CAV1、PRR11、HMGA2表达情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,病理分型为Ⅲ~Ⅳ型、远处转移、CAV1阳性、PRR11阳性及HMGA2阳性均是骨肉瘤患者预后的独立危险因素(P﹤0.01)。结论 对CAV1、PRR11和HMGA2表达情况进行检测,能帮助评估骨肉瘤的生物学行为,同时能为临床病情诊断及预后评估提供参考,具有推广价值。Objective To investigate the expression of caveolin 1(CAV1),proline rich 11(PRR11),and high mobility group protein A2(HMGA2) in osteosarcoma and their roles and clinical significance in the development of this disease.Method A total of 68 osteosarcoma patients were selected as the observation group and another 31 chondrosarcoma patients were selected as the control group.The positive expression of CAV1,PRR11,and HMGA2 in the two groups were compared.The prognosis of 68 patients with osteosarcoma was analyzed.The clinical features of osteosarcoma patients with different prognostic profiles were compared.Influencing factors for the prognosis of patients with osteosarcoma were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression.Result The positive expression rates of CAV1,PRR11,and HMGA2 in the tissues of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the prognosis,68 patients with osteosarcoma were divided into good prognosis group of 56 cases(82.35%) and poor prognosis group of 12 cases(17.65%).There were statistically significant differences in the pathological types,distant metastasis,and expression of CAV1,PRR11,and HMGA2 between the two groups(P<0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that pathological type Ⅲ~Ⅳ,distant metastasis,CAV1 positivity,PRR11 positivity,and HMGA2 positivity were independent risk factors for the prognosis of patients with osteosarcoma(P<0.01).Conclusion Detecting the expression of CAV1,PRR11,and HMGA2 could help evaluate the biological behavior of osteosarcoma.Meanwhile,it can also provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and prognosis assessment with promotion value.
