围手术期综合护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除治疗高血压并胆囊疾病中的应用

摘　　要：目的 对高血压合并胆囊疾病患者腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗前后的综合护理措施和作用进行论述研究。方法 选择我院外科2021年1月至2021年12月期间入院接受手术治疗高血压并胆囊疾病患者100例作为数据分析基础,参照等分原则进行对照、观察组别划分,均设定50个病例,对照组行常规围手术期护理,观察组行围手术期综合护理干预,对比两组血压水平、并发症和护理满意度情况。结果 由舒张压、收缩压等血压指标值分析可知,观察组的护理后指标值比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),由并发症、满意度指标分析可知,观察组护理后并发症风险低于对照组,而其护理满意度指标值则高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);由其他观察指标维度可知,观察组的拔管时间、苏醒时间更短,Steward苏醒评分更高,相比对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的排气时间、导尿管留置时间、下床活动时间、住院时间都比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 高血压并胆囊疾病患者腹腔镜胆囊切除治疗围手术期推行综合方案护理,能够对血压指标产生积极的调节效果,进而防控各类并发症问题,促进患者护理满意度的提升,且患者术后麻醉恢复速度和疾病恢复速度更快,可以获得更好的治疗效果,保证患者的安全性。Objective To discuss and study the comprehensive nursing measures and effects of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with hypertension and gallbladder disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertension and gallbladder disease admitted to the surgery department of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the basis for data analysis,the control and observation groups were divided according to the principle of equal division,and 50 cases were set for each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,while the observation group received perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention.Blood pressure level,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In the analysis of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and other blood pressure indicators,the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);in the analysis of complications and satisfaction indicators,the observation group was lower than the control group,while the nursing satisfaction index was higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);In terms of other observation indicators,extubation time and recovery time of the observation group were shorter,and Steward recovery score was higher,with significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05).The exhaust time,catheter retention time,getting out of bed time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of comprehensive nursing plan in perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with hypertension and gallbladder disease can have positive adjustment effect on blood pressure index,thereby preventing and controlling various complications and promoting the improvement of patient nursing satisfaction.Besides,the speed of postoperative anesthesia recovery and disease recovery of patients i
