脑卒中患者在急诊卒中绿色通道中常见症状及早期筛查的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨脑卒中患者在急诊卒中绿色通道中常见症状及早期筛查的临床应用价值。方法 2022年1月开始,本院急诊卒中绿色通道中应用了早期筛查措施,选择实施前(2021年1月1日—12月31日)和实施后(2022年1月1日—12月31日)经急诊卒中绿色通道收治的脑卒中患者各70例,分别作为对照组和早筛组。对照组常规开启急诊卒中绿色通道接诊患者,此基础上,早筛组增加早期筛查处理,总结患者常见症状,对比两组急救效率、初步诊断结果等情况。结果 早筛组急诊抢救时间、治疗后NIHSS评分、住院时间、转运意外事件发生率少于对照组(P <0.05)。早筛组急诊初步诊断与临床诊断结果符合率为95.71%(67/70),高于对照组(80.00%,56/70)(P <0.05)。结论 急诊卒中绿色通道患者症状多样,及时进行早期筛查,可有效提升急救效率,改善患者预后,应用效果良好。Objective Explore the clinical application value of common symptoms and early screening in emergency stroke green channel for stroke patients.Methods Starting from January 2022,early screening measures were applied in the emergency stroke green channel of our hospital.70 stroke patients admitted to the emergency stroke green channel before implementation(January 1st to December 31st,2021)and 70 stroke patients admitted after implementation(January 1st to December 31st,2022)were selected as the control group and early screening group,respectively.The control group routinely opened the emergency stroke green channel to receive patients.On this basis,the early screening group added early screening treatment,summarized common symptoms of patients,and compared the emergency response efficiency and preliminary diagnostic results between the two groups.Results The emergency rescue time,NIHSS score after treatment,hospitalization time,and incidence of unexpected events in the early screening group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The coincidence rate between the initial emergency diagnosis and clinical diagnosis results in the early screening group was 95.71%(67/70),higher than that in the control group(80.00%,56/70)(P<0.05).Conclusions Emergency stroke green channel patients have diverse symptoms,and timely early screening can effectively improve emergency efficiency,improve patient prognosis,and have good application effects.
