Investigation on Depression-related Symptoms and Health Needs of Personnel with Abnormal Lung Function in an Enterprise in Nanjing

摘　　要：目的 针对南京市某企业肺功能异常人员抑郁相关症状进行调查并分析该部分人员健康需求。方法 以南京市某企业肺功能异常人员127例为对象作为观察组,另选择127名肺功能健康人员作为对照组。针对两组人员抑郁症状进行对比,并分析观察组健康需求情况。结果 对比两组抑郁、焦虑评分,观察组评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。在肺功能水平上,观察组低于对照组(P <0.05)。在生活质量评分方面,观察组低于对照组,(P <0.05)。观察组人员健康需求主要表现为需及时诊断并接受针对性治疗,按时进行肺功能检查,在岗期间进一步提升职业防护等。结论 该企业肺功能异常人员抑郁、焦虑等负面情绪较为严重,肺功能水平存在有不同程度降低,需及时采取有效干预措施,改善该部分人员抑郁状态,提升其肺功能,并做好职业保护工作,避免在岗期间因工作等原因对其肺功能造成影响。Objective To investigate the depression-related symptoms of the personnel with abnormal lung function in an enterprise in Nanjing and analyze their health needs.Methods A total of 127 patients with abnormal pulmonary function in a Nanjing Enterprise were selected as the observation group,and another 127 healthy persons with pulmonary function were selected as the control group.The depressive symptoms of the two groups were compared,and the health needs of the observation group were analyzed.Results The scores of depression and anxiety in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the level of lung function,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The health needs of the observation group mainly included timely diagnosis and targeted treatment,timely pulmonary function test,and further improvement of occupational protection during the period of duty.Conclusions The negative emotions such as depression and anxiety of the personnel with abnormal pulmonary function in this enterprise are serious,and the level of pulmonary function has decreased to some extent.Effective intervention measures should be taken in time to improve the depressive state of these personnel,improve their lung function,and do a good job of occupational protection,to avoid work during the period of their lung function caused by reasons such as work.
